甲状腺相关眼病(thyroid-associated ophthalmopath,TAO)是眼眶病最常见的疾病之一,它与患者的甲状腺功能相关,分为甲状腺功能正常型和甲状腺功能异常型两型,表现为眼球突出、眼外肌增粗、眼球活动受限、睑裂增大、暴露性角膜炎、压迫性视神经病变等,容貌不但受损,而且视力下降,甚至失明。既影响患者的工作和学习,同时又造成了心理负担,生活质量随之下降。A型行为是Friedman等[1]于1958年提出的,而且经其多年研究逐步证明这种性格与临床多种躯体疾病的关系。有研究证明型性格
