目的评价鼻内镜下电动切割器治疗小儿腺样体肥大的疗效。方法运用鼻内镜下电动切割器治疗小儿腺样体肥大88例进行疗效评价。结果所有病人张口呼吸及打鼾症状完全消失。所有患儿术后均无并发症。结论该方法为治疗小儿腺样体肥大效果良好。腺样体肥大是儿童常见病,也是引起儿童分泌性中耳炎、鼻炎、鼻窦炎、鼾症的主要原因[1],对儿童生长发育和听力有一定影响。过去对肥大的腺样体采用刮除术,由于操作盲目,容易导致腺样体残留或对邻近结构误伤,术后效果不理想,随着鼻内镜技术的发展,使直视下切除腺样体成为可能,内蒙古自治区赤峰市第二医院耳鼻喉科自2003年10月应用鼻内镜及电动切割器治疗腺样体肥大88例,取得满意疗效,现通报如下:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of endoscopic electrocutter in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy. Methods 88 cases of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy were treated with endoscopic electrocutter for evaluating the curative effect. Results All patients mouth breathing and snoring symptoms disappeared completely. All patients had no complications after surgery. Conclusion This method is effective in treating pediatric adenoid hypertrophy. Adenoid hypertrophy is a common childhood disease, but also caused by children with secretory otitis media, rhinitis, sinusitis, snoring the main reason [1], children’s growth and hearing have a certain impact.
