我厂锻工车间利用过去呆滞零件(图1),改制成了新型吊杆(如图2)。吊杆要求头部黑皮不加工,但由于呆料比吊杆长且薄,采用坚起来镦粗,头部容易缺肉,杆部(厚度与长度相比为12.5∶1)也容易弯曲。后来小组研究出一种方法,顺利地完成了改制任务。由于这种方法可适用于各种薄型锻件的压缩,所以把它介绍出来,供大家参考。胎模如图3所示,由钢板焊接而成,两端
