以平菇为试材,以添加不同猪垫料用量(10%,20%,30%,40%)为处理,研究了猪垫料用量对平菇各类氨基酸总量的影响,以期为利用猪垫料大面积栽培平菇提供科学依据。结果表明:猪垫料处理的平菇子实体甜味氨基酸总量、硫氨基酸总量、支链氨基酸总量、芳香族氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸总量与垫料用量呈明显的抛物线关系,随垫料用量比例的增加而增高,但垫料用量比例增到20%后,各氨基酸总量反而降低,且其相关性达到显著或极显著水平,综合各类指标选出最适宜猪垫料用量为20%。
The effects of pig litter on the total amount of amino acids in Pleurotus ostreatus were studied using Pleurotus ostreatus as test material with different amounts of litter (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%), Pig litter large area of cultivated mushroom provide scientific basis. The results showed that there was a clear parabolic relationship between total amount of sweet amino acids, total sulfur amino acids, total branched amino acids, total aromatic amino acids and total essential amino acids in litter mushroom-treated fruiting bodies. However, the proportion of litter increased to 20%, but the total amount of amino acids decreased, and the correlation reached a significant or extremely significant level. According to various indexes, the most suitable amount of litter Is 20%.
