一种从附子中提出的具有很好强心和扩张血管作用的活性成分——去甲乌药碱(附子一号),经我所与阜外医院、中医研究院西苑医院等单位协作,对它系统地进行了合成、药理及临床研究,取得了有意义的成果。不久前,由中国医学科学院主持在北京召开了该成果的鉴定会。附子是中医常用的温阳药,具有“回阳救逆”功效。早年日本学者从附子中提出去甲乌药碱,经离体蛙心实验,认为是附子的强心成分,且生物活性很强。由于含量很微,我所以香兰醛为原料进行了人工合成,产物经薄层及一系列光谱鉴定,证明与天然产物一致。通过多批整体及离体动物实验证实,去甲乌药碱能明显加强
An active ingredient with good cardiac function and dilation of blood vessels, which is proposed in the aconite, is a tocotriaine (Fuzi No.1), which has been cooperated with Fuwai Hospital, Xiyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Institute and other institutions.
