在摩擦压力机上采用闭式精锻工艺生产齿轮坯,与传统锤上模锻相比,可节约金属15~25%。本文对齿轮坯闭式精锻时金属流动规律进行了系统的实验研究,并对每一变形阶段的金属流动情况进行了力学分析,建立了数学力学模型,推导出每一变形阶段应力分布的计算公式,在理论上和实践上较好地解决了齿轮坯闭式精锻的关键技术问题,对生产实践具有一定的指导意义。
