以固相法合成 Sr Ti O3+Nb2 O5 +Mn O2 作为基本系统 ,分别采用草酸盐热分解法制备 Sr Ti O3主晶相及L i2 CO3代替 Mn O2 作受主掺杂等手段来修正基本系统 ,以降低压敏电压。结果表明 ,以上措施可有效地降低压敏电压 ,改善压敏 -介电性能。
The solid-state synthesis of SrTiO3 + Nb2O5 + MnO2 as the basic system, oxalate pyrolytic method were used to prepare SrTiO3 main crystal phase and Li2CO3 instead of MnO2 acceptor doping and other means to amend the basic System to reduce the varistor voltage. The results show that the above measures can effectively reduce the pressure-sensitive voltage and improve the pressure-dielectric properties.
