由四川省攀枝花市人民政府发起,有攀枝花市、丽江市、大理州、楚雄州、昆明市、昭通市、毕节市、六盘水市、凉山州、宜宾市等十个市州参与的,首届川滇黔金沙江流域烹饪大赛,于2011年1月18日在攀枝花市举行。本次大赛共有24个代表队参加了团体赛,另有31位选手参加了个人赛。大赛评委则由四川、云南两省烹饪协会派出的国家级评委和中国烹饪大师担任。大赛的成功举办,对川滇黔金沙江流域的各市州烹饪技艺交流,起到了很好的促进作用。这里仅撷取部分参赛菜品刊登出来,以飨读者。
Launched by the People’s Government of Panzhihua City in Sichuan Province, there are 10 cities and states including Panzhihua, Lijiang, Dali, Chuxiong, Kunming, Zhaotong, Bijie, Liupanshui, Liangshan and Yibin. Guizhou Jinsha River Basin cooking contest, held in January 18, 2011 in Panzhihua City. This competition a total of 24 teams participated in the team competition, and another 31 players participated in the individual competition. Competition judges from Sichuan, Yunnan Province, cooking associations sent by the state-level judges and Chinese cooking masters. The successful holding of the contest, played a very good role in promoting the exchange of cooking skills among the cities and prefectures of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou in the Jinsha River. Only a few of the participating dishes will be published here to readers.
