目前叶片式搅蜡机的转速选择大部分是凭经验,高的达2950转/分;低的仅有50转/分。同时,搅蜡机的叶片形式和大小也多种多样,因而搅蜡机的效率相差很大。为了保证蜡膏质量,有根据地选择搅蜡机的转速和叶片形式,我们进行了以下的试验研究。 一、试验设备及方法 试验用搅蜡缸置于保温水槽中(水槽温度控制在45℃);搅拌轴由变速电机带动,通过调压变压器改变电机转速,用超低频信号发生器、辉光二极管和遮光息组成测速系统。
