本刊讯2016年1月20日至21日,全国食品经营监管工作会议在京召开。会议指出,2015年,主要工作成效体现在五个方面。在制度建设方面,配合《食品安全法》的贯彻实施,出台《食品经营许可管理办法》、《食品召回管理办法》、《食用农产品市场销售质量安全监督管理办法》等规章,下发食品经营许可审查通则、食品经营许可数据库建设标准等食品经营许可制度规范,初步形成了食品经营监管制度新体系框架。
