目的:观察固本增效消瘤Ⅱ号联合后程三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为观察组(固本增效消瘤Ⅱ号联合后程三维适形放疗)和对照组(单纯放疗)各36例治疗,8周为l疗程。观察患者的近期疗效,血液学毒性、食管和肺的急性放射损伤、生存质量等情况。结果:观察组和对照组RR[完全缓解(CR)加部分缓解(PR)]分别为80.6%和58.3%,2组比较。差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示固本增效消瘤Ⅱ号有明显的增敏和/或相加作用。2组血液学毒性、食管急性损伤、肺急性损伤发生情况比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示固本增效消瘤Ⅱ号有明显降低放疗毒副反应的作用。观察组治疗后好转28例,稳定7例,恶化l例;对照组好转8例,稳定13例,恶化15例。2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),提示观察组患者生活质量明显优于对照组。结论:固本增效消瘤Ⅱ号联合后程三维适形放疗治疗NSCLC,有较好的减毒增效、提高生活质量、延长生存时间的作用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Guben Efficacy Xiaoyao Ⅱ combined with posterior procedural three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Seventy - two patients were randomly divided into observation group (Gubenzengxiao Xianyao Ⅱ combined with posterior three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy) and control group (radiotherapy alone) 36 cases each, 8 weeks for l course of treatment. To observe the recent efficacy of the patient, hematological toxicity, esophageal and pulmonary acute radiation injury, quality of life and so on. Results: RR [complete remission (CR) plus partial remission (PR)] in observation group and control group were 80.6% and 58.3%, respectively. The difference was significant (P <0.05), suggesting Gubenzenglixiao II significantly sensitized and / or additive effect. There was significant difference between the two groups in hematological toxicity, acute esophageal injury and acute lung injury (P <0.05), suggesting that Gubeng Zeng XiaoxiuⅡ could significantly reduce the side effects of radiotherapy. The observation group improved 28 cases after treatment, stable in 7 cases, deterioration in 1 case; control group improved in 8 cases, stable in 13 cases, worsening in 15 cases. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01), suggesting that the quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Guben Zengni Ⅱ combined with posterior three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for the treatment of NSCLC has a better attenuation of synergism, improve quality of life and prolong survival.
