目的:将耳蜗基底膜取材技术与耳蜗切片技术相结合以观察同一耳蜗中几个主要结构在病理发展中的相互关系。方法:耳蜗铺片用于定量观察毛细胞,骨性螺旋板切片用于定量观察缰孔内的神经纤维,中轴切片用于定量观察螺旋神经节。结果:将卡铂耳中毒灰鼠的耳蜗标本与正常灰鼠进行比较,显示内毛细胞,神经纤维和螺旋神经节的损失百分比基本一致。结论:卡铂对内毛细胞,神经纤维和螺旋神经节都有破坏作用,至于在卡铂病变早期,究竟哪一部分对损伤更敏感,有待进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To combine the technique of cochlear basement membrane and cochlear slicing to observe the correlation between several major structures in the same cochlea in pathological development. Methods: The cochlear implants were used to observe the hair cells quantitatively. The skeletal spiral plate sections were used to quantitatively observe the nerve fibers in the rectum. The axial sections were used to quantitatively observe the spiral ganglion. Results: Comparing the cochlear specimens of carprofezin-poisoned squirrels to normal squirrels, the percentages of loss of inner hair cells, nerve fibers and spiral ganglion were basically the same. CONCLUSION: Carboplatin has a damaging effect on the inner hair cells, nerve fibers and spiral ganglion. As for the early part of carboplatin, which part is more sensitive to injury remains to be further studied.
