凤尾菇的母种在试管的接种块上形成子实体,刘祖贵(《食用菌》1984年第1期)、郭绪全(《食用菌》1984年第4期)都做过报道。近年来我们也观察了凤尾菇在试管中出现子实体的情况,并对它的成因进行了试验。一、材料和方法 (一)菌种:供试菌种是从澳大利亚悉尼大学引进的凤尾菇(Pleurotus sajor-caju)PL—27菌株。 (二)方法:①不同氮源的培养基试验,设有PDA培养基(对照),阿须贝(无氮)培养基,在阿须贝培养基中分别加入硫酸铵、尿素、硝酸铵、硝酸钠、硝酸钾等氮源的培养基,共7个处理。②不同规格的试管培养
The mother species of Pleurotus ostreatus forms fruiting bodies on inoculation blocks of test tubes, and Liu Zugui (Edible Fungus, No. 1, 1984) and Guo Xuquan (Edible Fungus, No. 4, 1984) have all been reported. In recent years, we also observed the appearance of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus in vitro and tested its causes. I. Materials and Methods (I) Strain: The test species is Pleurotus sajor-caju PL-27 strain introduced from the University of Sydney, Australia.
