在伟大领袖毛主席《鞍钢宪法》光辉旗帜的指引下,在××铁路复线修建指挥部党委及铁三局革委会的正确领导下,在第三铁路设计院、煤炭科学研究院等单位的协作下,我们在××复线隧道施工中,推广使用了锚杆喷射混凝土联合支护新技术,取得了初步收效。在全线55座隧道中,有36座隧道(约3.7公里)采用这项新技术。初步统计,单线每公里隧道可节约劳力58000工天,水泥1100吨,木材600立方米,降低造价25万元。充分显示了在一般石质隧道施工中,采用锚杆喷射混凝土新技术代替旧的整体衬砌,有着十分优越的技术经济效
Under the guidance of Chairman Mao’s magnificent banner of “Ansteel Constitution” and under the correct leadership of the party committee for the construction of the XX Line Double Track Railway and the Revolutionary Committee for the Three Teams in the Iron Triangle Railway, at the Third Railway Design Institute and the Coal Research Institute In collaboration, we promoted the use of new technology of bolt-shotcrete joint support in the construction of × × double-track tunnel and achieved initial success. Of the 55 tunnels across the board, 36 (about 3.7 km) use this new technology. According to preliminary statistics, a single tunnel per kilometer can save 58,000 workers, cement 1100 tons, and timber 600 cubic meters, reducing the cost by 250,000 yuan. Fully shows that in the general construction of the stony tunnel, the use of new technologies to replace the old bolt shotcrete lining, has a very superior technical and economic efficiency
