作者在45例淋巴增生疾患的活检标本中按照WF进行组织形态分类、用免疫组织化学染色(Slg、CD-10、CD-19、CD-22、CD-21、CD-24、CD-9、HLA-DR、CD-3、CD-8、CD-4、CD-5、CD-1、CD-38、Leu7、Leu8及CD-15抗体)、及用DNA探针(Ig重链、Igκ轻链、Igλ轻链、TCRγ及TCRβ)作Southern Blot分析。结果免疫表型为B系的19例、T系3例,另3例不能确定。用DNA杂交技术,19例B系均有Ig重链重组,2例蕈样霉菌病有TCRβ基因重组,另1例免疫组织化学定为
In 45 biopsy samples of lymphoproliferative disorders, the authors performed morphologic classification according to WF. Immunohistochemical staining (Slg, CD-10, CD-19, CD-22, CD-21, HLA-DR, CD-3, CD8, CD4, CD5, CD1, CD38, Leu7, Leu8 and CD15 antibodies) and DNA probes Chain, Ig lambda light chain, TCR gamma and TCR beta) for Southern Blot analysis.
