职业院校在培养艺术设计类人才时需要实行多元化管理,并加强专业建设,提高应对外部变化的能力。只有通过多渠道的共同作用,才能激发学生的创意与积极性。文章以艺术设计专业为案例,试图从“学习站+工作室”专业人才培养模式、构建基于工作过程的“四结合”课程体系、实施“双专带、双结合”结构师资队伍建设工程、建设校企“四合作”工学结合运行体制四个方面探索职业院校艺术设计类的专业建设,以期为艺术设计类的人才培养提供一定的启示。
Vocational colleges need to implement diversified management in training arts and design talents, strengthen their professional development and enhance their ability to deal with external changes. Only through the multi-channel interaction can stimulate students’ creativity and enthusiasm. Taking art design major as an example, this paper attempts to construct a “four combination” course system based on the working process from the “learning station + studio” training mode and implement the structure of “double specialization and double combination” Teachers’ team construction project and the construction of school-enterprise cooperation “four cooperation”, the paper explores the professional construction of art design class in vocational colleges in order to provide certain enlightenment for the personnel training of art design class.
