十八大报告指出,“这十年,我们紧紧抓住和用好我国发展的重要战略机遇期,战胜一系列重大挑战,奋力把中国特色社会主义推进到新的发展阶段。”报告还指出,“综观国际国内大势,我国发展仍处于可以大有作为的战略机遇期。”然而,国际金融危机的爆发沉重打击了全球经济,世界经济至今复苏乏力,“十二五”开局前两年,世界似乎突然变得波诡云谲,我国到底还有没有发展的战略机遇期?这个问题困扰着不少人,我们就此对中央党校国际战略研究所朱邦宁教授进行了专访。希望通过对话,向读者解读世界经济新形势下我国发展战略机遇期的理论与现实依据、以及如何利用好新的发展战略机遇期。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: “In these 10 years, we firmly grasp and make good use of the important strategic period of development in our country, defeat a series of major challenges and strive to push socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new stage of development.” He also pointed out: “Looking at the general situation both at home and abroad, the development of our country is still at a strategic opportunity that can make a quantum difference.” However, the outbreak of the international financial crisis has dealt a heavy blow to the global economy and the world economy has not recovered so far. The “12th Five-Year Plan” In the first two years, the world suddenly appeared to be so volatile that there was still no strategic period for development in our country? This issue has plagued many people. We conducted an interview with Professor Zhu Bangning at the Institute of International Strategic Studies of the Central Party School. He hopes that through dialogue, he will be able to explain to readers the theoretical and practical basis for the period of China’s developmental strategic opportunities under the new situation of world economy and how to make good use of the new period of developmental strategic opportunities.
