目的 :探讨分析应用肿瘤标记物CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125、CA153辅助诊断肺癌的临床价值。方法 :选取2010年4月至2014年4月间我院收治的肺癌患者100例(设为实验组)及呼吸道炎症性疾病患者100例(设为对照组)作为研究对象,采用化学发光法分别对其血清肿瘤标记物CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125、CA153进行检测,观察对比两组患者的检测结果,并将对比的结果及两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果 :实验组患者的CEA水平为(16.5±1.5)U/ml,CA50水平为(30.6±2.1)ng/ml,CA199水平为(37.5±2.3)ng/ml,CA125水平为(20.7±1.2)ng/ml,CA153水平为(27.8±1.9)ng/ml;对照组患者的CEA水平为(2.0±0.2)U/ml,CA50水平为(8.2±1.7)ng/ml,CA199水平为(7.2±0.3)ng/ml,CA125水平为(27.4±1.6)ng/ml,CA153水平为(8.5±2.0)ng/ml。实验组患者各项血清肿瘤标记物的水平均明显高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。血清肿瘤标记物CEA、CA50、CA199、CA125、CA153的灵敏度分别为0.67、0.67、0.65、0.67、0.61,其特异度分别为0.65、0.63、0.61、0.61、0.61,其联合检测的灵敏度为0.68,特异度为0.96。结论 :应用血清肿瘤标记物CEA、CA50、CA125、CA199、CA153辅助诊断肺癌的灵敏度及特异度均较高,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of using tumor markers CEA, CA50, CA199, CA125 and CA153 in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: One hundred patients with lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from April 2010 to April 2014 were selected as experimental group and 100 patients with respiratory inflammatory disease as control group. Conclusion: The sensitivity and specificity of serum tumor markers CEA, CA50, CA125, CA199 and CA153 in the diagnosis of lung cancer are high and have high value.
