日本的神户制钢所和美国Kennametal公司于1987年4月1日正式合并,成立神户Kennametal公司。双方出资比例为:神户制钢所51%,Kennametal公司49%。董事长由日方人员担任。新公司计划第一年的销售额为8亿日元,三年后达30亿日元。
Japan’s Kobe Steel Works and Kennametal of the United States formally merged on April 1, 1987 to establish the Kobe Corporation. The proportion of capital contribution by the two parties is: 51% from Kobe Steel and 49% from Kennametal. The chairman is assumed by the Japanese staff. The new company plans to sell 800 million yen in the first year and 3 billion yen three years later.
