一、基本情况援建的毛里塔尼亚友谊港在验收投产前,由交通部指派的我院测波测船小组于86年1月至5月对系泊于友谊港码头前的四艘船舶进行了不同程度的实船观测,以分析系泊船舶产生剧烈运动、断缆较多的原因,并提出合理的布缆方案、规定出船舶的码头作业和离泊标准。实船观测的船名、船型尺度、载重量见表1。
I.
