对转子钢进行了短时高温蠕变实验,拟合出了直轴温度范围内的蠕变方程。利用样条函数配点法,编制了汽轮机转子的蠕变矫直分析软件,它可计算出转子在蠕变法矫直过程中的应力、应变及位移分布。数值结果表明:本文的分析方法是有效的,可对不同时刻的弯轴矫直量进行精确计算并求出矫直后转轴的残余应力,为任一弯曲形状的转子提供最佳的加温加载矫直方案。
The short-term high temperature creep experiment on the rotor steel was carried out, and the creep equation in the direct axis temperature range was fitted. The spline straightening analysis software of steam turbine rotor was developed by using the spline function collocation method. It can calculate the stress, strain and displacement distribution of the rotor during the straightening process of the creep method. The numerical results show that the method proposed in this paper is effective, and the bending moment can be accurately calculated at different moments and the residual stress of the straightened shaft can be calculated to provide the best heating load for any curved rotor Straightening program.
