某厂在加工图1所示链轮箱壳体的φ93.5(?)×2.7空刀槽时,因为没有镗床等专用设备,不得不为此而增加在C680上加工的一道工序。这样,不仅装夹调试费时、费事,且浪费电力,功效极低。我们为该厂设计了如图2所示的自动切槽镗杆,只需在C6136车床上,在粗镗φ72(?)和φ90+(?)台阶孔的同时自动切出φ93.5×2.7的空刀槽。现将其具体结构和工作原理简述如下: 该镗杆是快换式浮动镗杆,其定心和定位精度取决于镗模本身(其具体结构见图2)。
