深孔直线度测量是2 m以上液压缸缸筒测量中的一项关键技术,是提升液压缸性能和质量的必要手段。为提高深孔直线度测量水平,克服现有方法的局限性,提出一种新型光学式深孔直线度测量方法。借鉴激光跟踪仪的测量原理,给出深孔直线度测量方法,设计制造深孔直线度测量装置。针对长度3 000 mm、内径230 mm的缸筒,分别采用三坐标测量仪与所设计装置进行直线度测量。结果表明,与三坐标测量结果比较,所设计装置测量偏差小于0.005 mm,误差率为3.3%,小于10%,证明光学式深孔直线度测量装置有效,能够满足实际生产要求。

For 3 000 mm in length and 230 mm in bore diameter, a straight line is measured with a CMM and the designed device respectively. The results show that compared with CMM, the measured deviations are less than 0.005 mm and the error rate is 3.3% and less than 10%. It proves that the optical deep hole straightness measuring device is effective and can meet the actual production requirements.
