妊高征是产科最严重的并发症,处理不及时易危及孕产妇和围产儿健康。近年来,我们对妊高征患者的四项凝血、抗凝血指标进行检测分析,以探讨其血凝及抗凝状态。现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料 临床确诊为妊高征患者47例,孕周33～42周。其中轻度6例,中度11例,重度30例(2例出现DIC)。另选取正常足月妊娠妇女47例(孕周36～42周)及健康非妊娠妇女57例(为体检健康妇女)作为对照。1.2 方法 抗凝血酶含量(AT—Ⅲ:Ag)采用Laurell免疫火箭电泳法。抗凝血酶活性(AT—Ⅲ:C)采用凝血 PIH is the most serious complication of obstetrics, treatment is not timely vulnerable to maternal and perinatal health.
