现代企业管理的核心是对人的管理,尤其是对人心的管理。因此,在企业管理中如何合理地引导企业员工良性发展,继而激发企业员工的工作热情和工作潜能,越来越受到社会的关注。企业文化能在思想观念和行为方式上把外在环境中的社会人改造成为企业人,其实质就在于激发企业人创造出更大的活力。因此,许多企业家认为,企业文化是继人、财、物、信息之后的第五种资源。那么,在现实的企业经营管理中,企业文化能否成为推进企业发展的主导因素呢?基于经典的行为学理论以及管理学定律,中国移动江苏公司徐州分公司(以下简称徐州移动)的管理层展开了特色企业文化建设的研究和实践活动,努力构建员工共享、科学先进的价值观体系,以文化引领队伍建设,提升企业核心竞争力。目前“家和文化”作为这一实践的产物,正逐渐渗透并影响着公司运营管理的方方面面。
