班级文化主要指班级内部形成的具有一定特色的思想观念和行为规范的总和,是一个班级外在形象和内在素质的集中体现。整洁、优美的班级环境文化和高雅的班级精神文化,不仅能够在培养学生养成良好行为习惯方面发挥重要作用,而且能够在陶冶学生高尚的情操中收到事半功倍的效果。本文主要论述了通过创设优雅美观、整洁文明的班级环境,建设积极向上的班级精神文化,营造良好的学习氛围,来积极加强班级文化建设。
Class culture mainly refers to the sum of the ideological concepts and behavioral norms formed within the class with certain characteristics. It is a concentrated reflection of the external image and inner quality of a class.
