通过光学显微镜、电子显微镜等研究了不同固溶热处理温度对一种马氏体超高强度不锈钢的微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶处理温度范围内,碳化物M_6C的溶解行为对材料最终力学性能具有重要影响。固溶处理温度为1 000~1 050℃时具有一定体积分数的未溶碳化物,形成合理的奥氏体晶粒尺寸和马氏体内元素过饱和度,有利于材料在时效后获得最佳的综合力学性能。
The effects of different solution heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a martensitic ultra-high strength stainless steel were studied by optical microscope and electron microscope. The results show that the dissolution behavior of carbides M_6C has an important effect on the final mechanical properties of the material during the solution treatment. Solution treatment temperature of 1000 ~ 1 050 ℃ with a certain volume fraction of undissolved carbides to form a reasonable austenite grain size and martensitic elemental supersaturation, conducive to the material after aging to obtain the best Comprehensive mechanical properties.
