江苏省无锡市峰影小学以打造小班化教育特色学校为办学目标,以“求全、求精、求新、求实”为价值追求,践行“让每个师生在实践中实现梦想”的办学理念。五年多的实践,形成了小班化教育的办学特色:打造了“六实”课堂、构建了课例“研修”范式、开发了“走班”课程,促进了教师教学理念的转变和学生素养的提升。
