本刊今年第2期发表了罗虎同志撰写的《创造GE神话的三角架构》一文，介绍了当今世界上最受推崇和最受尊敬的公司之一──美国通用电气公司创造可持续发展与高赢利能力这一企业神话的三个最重要因素：体制、经营者和战略，并将这三个因素喻为三角架构，架绝引起了一些企业者的广泛关注和兴趣。其实，GE神话的创造还得益于先进的管理水平、高效的营运系统的合理的市场结构，这三者犹如另一个三角架的架构，与前者共同支撑起GE的辉煌。现征得罗虎同志同意，将其介绍这另一个“三角”的文章发表于此，以飨读者。
