设备动力系统开展“双增双节”运动,重要的途径之一是千方百计地减少设备和装置的运行故障,延长设备的运行周期,以获得良好的投资效益。按我厂现有设备装置的生产能力计,设备故障停机一个台时即减产碳铵1250公斤,减少利润 75元;停机一天则总共减少利润20 534元。基于上述情况,我们制定了严格的“设备故障停机率”考核指标。 根据多年来设备管理实践,我们认为化工部对化工企业设备管理“六率”考核指标(完好率、泄漏率、运转率、出力率、压力容器检测率、故障停机率)是全面的,但就流程工业企业内部管理来讲,简单套用往往抓不住日常管理的要害,使考核达不到“良好投资效益”这一根本目的。以设备完好率考核为例,一个车间月末设备完好率虽然可达到95%,但系统内的阀门、工艺管线、电器元件如果出故障,迫使系统经常停车,企业的效益同样会受影响。

Taking the equipment integrity test as an example, although the equipment availability rate at the end of a workshop may reach 95%, if the valves, process piping, and electrical components in the system fail and force the system to stop, the benefits of the enterprise will also be affected.
