工资、福利待遇是企业工作人员重点关注的问题。近年来,我国大中小企业均获得了不同程度的发展,但是企业人力资源薪酬管理方面却仍然存在着各种问题,导致我国企业工作人员工作积极性不高、工作效率较低。文章就当前形势下的企业在人力资源薪酬管理创新道路上存在的问题进行了具体分析,并根据该问题提出了若干解决对策。
Wages, benefits are the focus of business staff issues. In recent years, our country’s small, medium and medium-sized enterprises have all obtained different degrees of development. However, there still exist various problems in the management of the remuneration of the human resources of enterprises. As a result, the enthusiasm of the staff of enterprises in our country is not high and the work efficiency is low. The article makes a concrete analysis on the existing problems of the enterprises in the present situation on the road of innovating salary management of human resources, and puts forward some solutions according to the problems.
