吕坤是明代中后期一位政治家、思想家、教育家。吕坤在其著作《实政录》中阐明了自己的乡村建设思想，其乡村建设思想又分为富民、育民、安民三个部分。吕坤的乡村建设思想对当代中国的现代化建设，尤其是新农村建设有着重要的借鉴意义，凸显了其思想的当代价值。
