己内酰胺为6-氨基己酸的内酰胺,是带有酰胺键的七员环状化合物。己内酰胺在引发剂存在下加热发生开环聚合,生成线形高分子化合物聚己内酰胺,用来生产锦纶和塑料、近年来己内酰胺又用于合成氨基酸赖氨酸,己广泛作为食品添加剂。此外,己内酰胺由于分子结构的特点,还可以进行各种特异反应,开拓了己内酰胺在分析化学上的应用,这是己内酰胺继聚合为化学纤维锦纶以及生产赖氨酸后又一重要应用。一、己内酰胺与Bi~(3+)(BiI_4~-)的反应己内酰胺与碘铋酸盐反应,产物是橙色或是红色沉淀。由于反应条件不同,生成沉淀的化学组成也不相同,例如将碘化钾和己内酰胺加入用浓硝酸酸化的铋离子溶液
