由台湾糖业研究所研制的,含有氮、磷、钾的有机片状肥(Organo-tabletfertilizer)已被评定对种植于砂砾土中的甘蔗生长有效。田间试验表明,片状肥显著增加甘蔗产量。片状肥分两次施用时,试验处理区的甘蔗产量比硫酸铵分6次施用的对照区高17~29%。在正常的灌溉措施下,片状肥可在砂砾土中存留并持续2~3个月,而且大大减少了植物养分由于淋溶的损失。甘蔗所吸收的氮、磷、钾较施用硫酸铵、过磷酸钙和氯化钾的对照区分别增加11-102%、62-282%和12~61%。在砾质土和沙质土中使用片状肥不仅可以降低肥料成本,而且可以增加甘蔗产量。
Organo-tablet fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, developed by the Taiwan Sugar Research Institute, have been evaluated for their effectiveness in growing sugarcane in gravelly soils. Field experiments showed that flake fertilizer significantly increased sugar cane yield. When the flake fertilizer was applied twice, the yield of sugarcane in the experimental treatment area was 17-29% higher than that of the control zone administered with 6 times of ammonium sulfate. Under normal irrigation practices, flake fertilizers can persist in gravel soil for two to three months and greatly reduce plant nutrient losses due to leaching. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium uptake by sugarcane were increased by 11-102%, 62-282% and 12-61% respectively compared with control areas applying ammonium sulfate, superphosphate and potassium chloride. The use of flake fertilizers in gravel and sandy soils not only reduces fertilizer costs but also increases sugar cane production.
