设计洪水分析计算的成果直接影响到干流建设的规模。本次计算采用流域内实测雨量系列，结合流域自然地理条件，划分不同的河段和计算单元，以分河段降水总量控制，采用同频率典型雨图放大方法推算单元设计雨量，依次进行产流、汇流和水库、湖泊、洼地的调节计算及洪水组合，求得干流各河段设计洪水。
The results of design flood analysis and calculation have a direct impact on the scale of the mainstream construction. In this calculation, we use the series of measured rainfall in the river basin, and combine different river sections and calculation units with the natural and geographical conditions of the river basin. With the control of the total rainfall in the sub-river sections, we use the same frequency typical rainfall chart method to calculate the unit rainfall, Flow, confluence and the reservoir, lake, depression adjustment and flood combination, obtain the mainstream of the river design flood.
