笔者首先回顾了中医医院的发展历程。随后指出中医医院利用与产出效益较好，医疗费用低。但病床利用率低下，业务工作量下降，与此同时，中医医院还面临医疗保障制度改革、资产与西医院比的差距大、医疗体间竞争激烈、中医院内涵建设未跟上时代等的挑战。为此，中医医院发展的策略是加强医疗市场的宏观调控和微观运行的改善方可适应新的形势，求得发展。 The author first reviewed the history of the development of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Subsequently, it was pointed out that TCM hospitals have better use and output benefits, and medical costs are low. However, the utilization rate of beds is low, and the workload of the business is declining. At the same time, TCM hospitals are also faced with the reform of the medical security system, the large gap between the assets and the West Hospital, the fierce competition among the medical organizations, and the incomparable construction of the TCM hospitals. . For this reason, the strategy for the development of TCM hospitals is to strengthen the macro-control of the medical market and the improvement of micro-operations in order to adapt to the new situation and achieve development.
