世界上许多地方已描述了黄瓜枯萎病和根腐病。在一些国家中,如日本、荷兰、美国、英国和以色列,黄瓜枯萎病已造成了严重的经济损失。黄瓜枯萎病病菌——黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum f. sp cucumerinum对黄瓜寄主是专化寄生的。从以色列几个发病地块采集到的甜瓜,西瓜和黄瓜的枯萎病株中,只从黄瓜寄主上分离出的这种病菌是黄瓜尖孢镰刀菌。在严重发病的地块,除非采用抗病的栽培品种,否则黄瓜丰收是不可能的。在选育这样的栽培品种过程中,我们研究了黄瓜对枯萎病的有关抗病遗传性问题。现把主要研究结果报告如下。
Cucumber blight and root rot have been described in many parts of the world. Cucumber blight has caused serious economic losses in several countries, such as Japan, the Netherlands, the United States, the United Kingdom and Israel. Fusarium oxysporum cucumber cucumber Fusarium oxysporum f. Sp cucumerinum cucumber host is specialized parasitic. Among the wilt strains of melon, watermelon and cucumber collected from several sites in Israel, the only pathogen isolated from the host of cucumber is Fusarium oxysporum cucumber. In severely affected plots, bumper harvest is impossible unless resistant cultivars are used. In the breeding of such cultivars, we studied cucumber resistance to blight on the hereditary problems. The main findings are reported below.
