输送带打滑是带式输送机的常见故障之一,介绍了一款基于51单片机的带式输送机打滑监测系统的设计方案。利用霍尔传感器和漫反射式光电开关实现滚筒和输送带的速度测量并进行比较从而判断输送带是否打滑。
Conveyor belt slippage is one of the common faults of belt conveyors, and introduces the design scheme of a belt conveyor slippage monitoring system based on 51 singlechip. Hall sensors and diffuse photoelectric switches are used to measure the speed of drums and conveyors and compare them to determine if the conveyors are slipping.
