近日从中科院合肥物质科学研究院了解到,我国专家成功研制出一种柔性全固态超级电容器,这种具有高性能杂原子掺杂石墨烯基纳米结构的超级电容器首次实现了可规模化制造的突破。该科研项目由中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院等离子体物理研究所博士王奇课题组和南京师范大学教授韩敏课题组合作完成,部分研究成果已在线发表
Recently learned from the Chinese Academy of Sciences Hefei Institute of Materials Science that Chinese experts have successfully developed a flexible all-solid-state supercapacitor. This supercapacitor with high-performance heteroatom-doped graphene-based nanostructures has for the first time achieved breakthroughs in scalable manufacturing. . The research project was completed by the cooperation of the Wang Qi Group of the Institute of Plasma Physics, Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Han Min Group of Nanjing Normal University. Some research results have been published online.
