乌克兰位于欧州中部，尼古拉耶夫临黑海，可进入地中海，乌克兰政局稳定，货币坚挺（一戈比可兑换2．5元人民币，3．5戈比换1美元）。乌克兰气候条件良好，冬季温度为一10～5℃，其余时间为10～25C，乌克兰尼克拉耶夫优越的地理位置，其经济发展可对周边中东地区及原苏联辐射。
Ukraine is located in central Europe. Nikolaev faces the Black Sea and can enter the Mediterranean Sea. Ukraine has a stable political situation and a strong currency (one Kgbi convertible to 2.5 RMB and 3.5 Kgbi to US $ 1). Ukraine has a good climatic condition with a winter temperature of 10 ~ 5 ℃ and the rest of 10 ~ 25C. The Nikolayev’s superior geographical location in Ukraine makes it possible for its economic development to radiate to the surrounding Middle East and the former Soviet Union.
