校本教研是提升农村教师教学水平的有效途径,在解决教学实际问题方面具有不可替代的作用。新课程实施以来,农村学校在教研部门的推动下,开展了丰富多彩的校本教研活动,对教师专业发展和教学质量的提升起到了积极的作用。随着校本教研的开展,一些问题逐步显现,特别是农村中小学,由于多方面因素的影响,校本教研已偏离其本真。笔者结合在一线教学、教研的经历与体会,谈谈对农村学校校本教研的看法。一、农村学校校本教研存在的主要问题
School-based teaching and research is an effective way to improve the teaching level of rural teachers and plays an irreplaceable role in solving practical problems of teaching.
