本文以厦门市鼓浪屿为研究对象,重点对滨海旅游质量感知进行测量和研究。运用IAP分析对游客感知价值进行识别,结果表明滨海旅游游客六大感知价值因子的重要性排序为自然环境、基础条件、文化环境、产品特色、人员服务和认知成本,得出滨海旅游经营者应该在滨海环境、基础条件等领域加大投入力度,尤其需要滨海整体环境、道路交通、卫生环境、滨海旅游从业人员的服务水平等方面进行重点改进,从而提升旅游产品的整体水平。
In this paper, Gulangyu Xiamen City as the research object, focusing on the coastal tourism quality perception measurement and research. The IAP analysis is used to identify the value of tourists’ perception. The results show that the importance of the six perceived value factors of tourists in coastal areas are ranked as follows: natural environment, basic conditions, cultural environment, product features, staff services and cognitive costs. The investment in coastal environment and basic conditions should be intensified. In particular, major improvements should be made to the overall coastal environment, road traffic, sanitation and service level of coastal tourism practitioners so as to enhance the overall level of tourism products.
