恶性组织细胞病(简称恶组)是造血系统的一种恶性增生性疾病,其诊断十分不易,本文2例均在临终前才确诊。 例1:女,19岁。因头昏、乏力4月余,全身水肿10余天,神志不清4天第1次入院。体查:体温35℃,脉搏64次,血压9.3/6.7kPa。危重病容,神志不清,贫血貌,皮肤无出血点,浅淋巴结不大。双肺无异常。心率64次,律齐,心尖区有收缩期吹风性杂音Ⅱ级。肝肋下1.5cm,脾肋下1.0cm。
