We use what kind of training teachers, teachers will be used in what way to teach children. This is the enlightenment we have received in carrying out several international cooperation studies and the conclusion we have drawn from the study of the theory and practice of early childhood education in our country. For children to take the initiative to learn, teachers must take the initiative to learn and improve themselves, and realize the true meaning of active learning in their training. Moreover, teachers mentioned here include both educators and caregivers.
