目的:探讨前列地尔对糖尿病足的临床治疗效果,为糖尿病足的临床治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性总结分析我院在2010年1月至2012年12期间收治的80例糖尿病足患者的临床病例资料,将上述患者随机分为两组,所有患者均进行常规基础基础治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用前列地尔注射液,对照组患者加用复方丹参注射液,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,观察组患者显效21例,有效16例,总有效率为92.5%,对照组患者显效11例,有效10例,总有效率为52.5%。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前后下肢供血情况显著改善,治疗前后相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者治疗后下肢血供情况也有所改善,但与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:前列地尔能够有效扩张患者血管,抑制患者体内血小板的聚集,显著改善机体微循环,对糖尿病足临床效果显著,且安全性好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of alprostadil on diabetic foot and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of diabetic foot. Methods: The clinical data of 80 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from January 2010 to 2012 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients underwent routine basic basic treatment and observation group Patients on the basis of conventional treatment plus alprostadil injection, the control group of patients plus compound Salvia injection, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. In the control group, 11 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 52.5%. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The blood supply of the lower extremities in the observation group was significantly improved before and after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment (P <0.05). The blood supply of lower extremities in the control group also improved after treatment, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Alprostadil can effectively expand the blood vessels of patients, inhibit the accumulation of platelets in patients, and significantly improve the microcirculation of the body. It has significant clinical effect on diabetic foot and has good safety and clinical promotion value.
