醋酸纤维膜电泳是一项广泛用于分离血清蛋白质的实验技术。与纸电泳比较,其优点是:微量、快速,简便易行、分辨力高,无拖尾和吸附现象。以往曾用纸电泳分析观察到受Υ线600伦,325和350rad照射狗中血清白蛋白显著减少,A/G比值下降,α_3球蛋白显著增加。由于α_3球蛋白的增加与体温升高密切相关,因此认为是预后不良的表现。我们采用本法进一步观察了单用~(60)CoΥ线1000rad照射狗及照后移植同种或同窝骨髓治疗狗中血清蛋白电泳图谱的变化,以供放射病实验治疗研究参考。
Acetate membrane electrophoresis is a widely used experimental technique for the separation of serum proteins. Compared with the paper electrophoresis, its advantages are: trace, fast, easy, high resolution, no tailing and adsorption phenomenon. In the past paper electrophoresis analysis was observed by line Y line Lun, 325 and 350rad irradiation significantly reduced serum albumin, A / G ratio decreased, α 3 globulin increased significantly. As α 3 globulin is closely related to the increase of body temperature, it is considered a poor prognosis. We use this method to further observe the change of electrophoresis pattern of serum albumin in dog treated with 1000rad irradiated with ~ (60) CoY line and irradiated by irradiation of the same kind or the same litter after irradiation, so as to be used as reference for the experimental treatment of radiation sickness.
