以国内期刊发表的信息服务绩效研究文献为对象,采用综合归纳方法,分析信息服务绩效研究的进展。研究发现:国内信息服务绩效研究的信息类别主要集中在电子政务(政府)、图书馆、档案3个领域;正式以信息服务绩效研究为内容的文献所跨的年度为2004年到2014年;研究的内容主要集中在绩效评价方面,而绩效评价指标体系构建又是信息服务绩效评价研究的重要内容,同时也是焦点和难点,而对于信息服务绩效测评与信息服务价值的关系,国内只有少数学者进行了研究。文章最后指出今后信息服务绩效研究努力的方向。
Taking the research literature of information service performance published in domestic journals as an object, this paper analyzes the progress of information service performance using the method of comprehensive induction. The study found that the information categories of the performance study of domestic information services are mainly concentrated in the three fields of e-government (government), libraries and archives; the year spanning from the formal study on the performance of information services is between 2004 and 2014; Mainly focuses on performance evaluation, and the construction of performance evaluation index system is an important part of the research on information service performance evaluation as well as the focus and difficulty. However, for the relationship between information service performance evaluation and information service value, only a few scholars in China Study. Finally, the paper points out the future direction of information service performance research.
