在自然界中,氮的循环以硝酸根状态出现是一种重要的过程。所以,硝酸根的测定受到国内外环保和生化工作者的重视。多年来,许多分析工作者应用各种不同的方法进行过硝酸根的测定研究,极谱法也是常用方法之一。我们采用回转玻璃碳圆盘电极~导数脉冲极谱法,借测定硝酸根存在时镉的催化电流,间接测定硝酸根含量,可达亚PPb NO_3~-数量级。药品及仪器:药品均为保证试剂,水为三次蒸馏水。低浓度溶液使用前临时配制。仪器是本组自装的JP~M型脉冲极谱仪;XBD-1型回转玻璃碳圆盘电极。
In nature, it is an important process that the nitrogen cycle appears as a nitrate. Therefore, the determination of nitrate by environmental protection and biochemical workers at home and abroad attention.
