采用燃烧中和法准确测定硫精矿中硫,探讨了称样量,助熔剂氧化铜、氧气流量和时间、吸收液用量和颜色的选择、硫标准样品对硫分析结果的影响。对硫精矿样品进行精密度实验,相对标准偏差RSD在0.24%~0.44%,硫的测定结果与重量法结果一致。该方法具有精密度高、准确度好、简单、快速的优点。方法可以用于硫精矿中质量分数为20%~50%的测定。
The sulfur concentration in sulfur concentrate was determined by combustion neutralization method. The effects of sulfur standard sample on the results of sulfur analysis were discussed in terms of sample weight, flux copper oxide, oxygen flow rate and time, dosage and color of absorbing liquid. The precision experiments of pyrite concentrate samples showed that the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.24% to 0.44%. The results of sulfur determination were in good agreement with those of gravimetric method. The method has the advantages of high precision, good accuracy, simple and fast. The method can be used in the determination of 20% ~ 50% of the mass fraction of sulfur concentrate.
