用无创伤的方法诊断冠心病(CAD)是临床心血管病工作者面临的重大课题之一。各种负荷试验是最常用的方法。传统的心电图运动试验,敏感性和特异性均不理想,而且不能反映病变部位。动物实验和临床资料均已表明,心脏缺血时收缩异常的发生早于心电异常。二维超声心动图(2DE)具有无创伤、易定位、易重复、探测范围大以及能够展现心内结构的空间方位关系等优点,具有更高的敏感性和特异性,是观察室壁活动的理想工具。近年来许多学者将它与各种负荷试验结合,用以诊断CAD,初步结果令人满意。
